INTEGRIM: Going Paperless to Augment Document Management

To get the accurate data, INTEGRIM’s SenSaaS makes use of machine learning, OCR and intelligence to generate patterns for vendors and a certain type of invoices from historical data, which can then be reused across multiple transactions without human interventions. Roger Communications, a Toronto-based media company, was looking for a solution provider who could deploy an Accounts Payable Automation system quickly. Their in-depth search for an advanced automation system came to an end with INTEGRIM. Typically, to implement a document management system it takes more than two months, but with the agility of INTEGRIM’s team and the fact that they already had a backbone application and business process workflow, allowed them to customize and deploy the system within a month and a half. With INTEGRIM’s SenSaaS, Roger Communications was able to automate their invoice processing and manage a wide variety of documents within an organization.

Co-developed with a European partner, the SenSaas platform is offered across Canada, United States, Europe, and Asia. This provides INTEGRIM with the ability to manage multiple languages and a wide variety of documents on global platform architecture. Keeping abreast with all technology changes, INTEGRIM plans to expand the reach of the SenSaas platform to cover a broader base of customers.
