Somerset, New Jersey – Danielle C. Weiss, CPA, MBA, a Senior Manager at RRBB, has been appointed the Vice President of the BW NICE Ocean County Chapter.
“I am honored to take on the role of Vice President of BW NICE's Ocean County Chapter. We will work together to raise women's voices and create a supportive network that crosses corporate and personal barriers. Our position also allows us to promote positive change with a common commitment to making a difference,” said Danielle.
About the BW NICE Ocean County Chapter
BW NICE is a unique networking organization for women. It provides women with comprehensive help, expertise, and tools at various stages of their careers and personal lives. The organization understands the importance of combining professional networking with charity efforts. In addition to monthly networking events, each BW NICE Chapter works hard to raise funds and raise awareness for local domestic violence projects. This demonstrates their dedication to making a positive difference in the community. Therefore, the BW NICE Ocean County Chapter contributes to Catholic Charities' Providence House Domestic Violence Service.
About Danielle Weiss
Danielle has eighteen years of auditing and accounting experience and provides attest, advisory, and accounting services to privately held businesses, labor unions, and employee benefit plans. Danielle services the manufacturing and distribution, technology, real estate, and various professional services industries.
Her technical expertise consists in advising clients on DOL and ERISA compliance. Because of Danielle's involvement with industry organizations, she can provide clients with the advice and resources they need to be in compliance with accounting rules and industry regulations. She works with clients daily, providing one on one client service. Danielle easily becomes their dependable consultant, going above and beyond. She also manages and oversees audits and assists in overseeing the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan practice. Before joining RRBB, Danielle was able to use her experience to catch two frauds.
With a passion for accounting, mentoring, and learning, Danielle contributes significantly to the firm, community, and industry. She serves as a mentor to new staff and leads by example. Danielle co-founded RRBB's Women's Forum and serves as its Chair. While in that role, she aims to provide an open platform for female staff to support each other in their successes and challenges. She is also a mentor and role model to her two sons, Michael, 7, and Matthew, 4. A resident of Tinton Falls, Danielle received her Master of Business Administration from Georgian Court University in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, delta mu delta, also from Georgian Court University, in 2004.
