The performance management helps in enhancing the performance of the workforce constantly.

It must not be expected that a bad performer to begin giving good results suddenly. Or a star performer every other week to remain consistent. Likewise, holding executives to great expectations will only lead to poor management decisions.
3. Effective communication between individuals and teams
Changing the dynamics of the workplace brings a cultural change to the workplace today. Therefore, connectivity has begun to play an essential part in it. An organization with a strong communication culture results in active workers and match individual goals with business goals.
In order to complete the project, team members must know what their other team members are up to- their priorities, succession planning, and ideas. Ideally, the connection needed in a high performing team is missing in a team that lacks coordination between its team members.
